Freight delivery:
Takes place "free curbside", unless other agreements or item descriptions are available.

Important note:
We do not sell or deliver goods to islands.

Shipping service providers:
Standard shipping is carried out via DHL Freight and GLS parcel service (insured, including shipping insurance). Alternatively, we reserve the right to choose other service providers.

DHL delivery free place of use: plus 149 € to the shipping price. Delivery time: 7–14 days.

DHL Freight (Express): plus 40 € to the shipping price – delivery on the next working day for orders & payment by 09:00.

We ship within Germany and the EU after receipt of payment. If you have any questions, please use our contact form.

Self-collection

You can collect your order by arrangement at the central warehouse in Bornheim.
Payment is only possible in cash. The flat-rate shipping fee does not apply for self-collection.
