Warranty
You receive a 24-month warranty for private use on all newly purchased products. In the event of transport damage, you will receive a replacement without complication. The prerequisite is that the transport damage is reported immediately after receipt of the goods.
Our range is regularly modernized and further developed – customer wishes are also incorporated into product design.
Repair service
If irregularities occur with one of our devices within the warranty period, please contact our service department.
Repair process – fast & uncomplicated:
1. Telephone support: Contact our technical department – often the problem can be solved directly by telephone.
2. Spare parts shipment: If no repair is possible, we will send you a suitable spare part.
3. Device failure: If the entire device is affected, we will collect it from you and repair or replace it.
4. On-site service: Depending on the defect, we replace the device or our customer service carries out the repair directly at your premises.
Even after expiry of the warranty, our repair service is available to you at fair conditions.
Spare parts service
It may happen that devices are damaged or destroyed through one's own fault (e.g. a water container of a facial steamer). These cases are not covered by the warranty.
However, we offer you the possibility to reorder required spare parts cost-effectively. Please contact our service team directly for this – we will be happy to help you!
